Strong & Lean is a private twelve-week coaching program built around your body, schedule and goal—not a generic challenge handed to everyone.
Weeks 1–2: assess and build
We begin with your training history, movement ability, schedule, nutrition habits and the outcome you want. Baseline measures are chosen based on the goal and may include strength, body weight trends, waist measurement, photos or fitness markers.
Your program is then built around the number of sessions you can complete consistently. Exercises are selected for your experience, available equipment and any limitations.
Weeks 3–6: build momentum
The early plan becomes a repeatable routine. We progress key exercises, establish practical nutrition targets and review the obstacles appearing outside the gym.
You will not receive a different random workout every session. Repetition lets you learn the movements and gives us something useful to improve.
Weeks 7–10: progress and refine
As strength and confidence improve, training becomes more demanding. Loads, repetitions or sets increase where appropriate. Nutrition and activity targets are adjusted using actual progress rather than guesswork.
If travel, illness or a demanding work period appears, we modify the week while keeping the direction of the program intact.
Weeks 11–12: measure and continue
We compare the finish to the starting point, identify what produced the result and map the next phase. The final week is not an ending that sends you back to old habits. It gives you a clear path forward.
What the coaching includes
Strong & Lean combines private one-to-one training, personalized programming, practical nutrition coaching, weekly progress review and direct accountability. It is designed for people who want serious guidance without making fitness their entire life.
- Training based in San Francisco’s Mission District.
- A plan for coached and independent sessions.
- Nutrition guidance that works with restaurants, travel and family life.
- Adjustments based on progress and recovery.
- A clear twelve-week outcome and next-step plan.
Is it the right fit?
The program is a good fit if you want structure, value direct coaching and are prepared to follow a plan consistently. It may not be the right fit if you are looking for a rapid-fix challenge, an extreme diet or a workout that changes randomly every day.
The consultation is used to understand your goal, explain the options and decide whether the program makes sense for both sides.
